Can’t gift data

I am trying to gift data to my daughter. I have gifted to her before. It’s only showing one of my children’s lines, there isn’t a drop down. This is quite urgent as she needs mobile data to make sure she can get home safely

Are you both under the same MyEE family a/c, not PAYG or a No-Frills contract? You need to be to be able to gift data. See Gift Your Data and Set Controls .

This seems to be happening to multiple people, myself included. EE need to sort this out. Bloody useless

Our data gifting stopped working, I phoned EE, they are aware of this glitch, they were very helpful and just made all our acocints unlimited data until it’s sorted out.
