I need to gift data to someone but it is saying that it has technical difficulties but I have tried all day.

@sarahc1811 : Are you all under the same MyEE family a/c, not PAYG or a No-Frills contract? You need to be to be able to gift data. See Gift Your Data and Set Controls .

Yes we gift data all the time to each other all the time

I have tried it both ways. We are on holiday in Australia and we did the add on and gifted data but the bill renewed and now we need to gift some more data x

Yes we have it on the phone that we are trying to gift the data too. We also have it on another phone too
