Broadband pay out contract

Had an EE lady knock on my door yesterday and said they'll pay out my contract. She didn't mention a limit but website says £300, my early cancellation is £378, will this be covered? Also can I add defence discount on now ordered?

Resolved! New and looking for advise.

I can buy the 4g mobile broadband router. I want to buy an external antenna for the router to get a better 4g signal.Which do you recommend?  + What are the requirements? 

Broadband poor signal in heatwave

Is it normal to suffer poor broadband signal in a heatwave (on 2nd day) when last years (2025) four heatwaves didn't cause broadband issues? I've had this broadband for just over 2 years.

Failure to record

Still having a torrid time trying to record NBA Basketball on SKY. The latest challenge from last night is a complete failure to record anything with error messageWhy would this be?and no there is plenty of record space available

Resolved! Loss of Broadband/WiFi

Today Thursday 22nd January is day 12 that we have had no Broadband/WiFi service.  My fault reference is still open as per digital voice on last phone call this morning.  I phoned Sunday and was advise someone would come back to me - as you can guess...
