Did you use the pac code to change supplier?

Has your phone been working in the meantime?

How exactly did you end your contract?

Requesting a PAC does not serve as giving notice. Using it, does.

So how do I get a refund of the money we've paid when I haven't been using EE ,but you've still taken money out of our account

What makes you think you're entitled to a refund? If EE are providing service, then whether you use it or not is entirely your issue.

Can you answer what has been asked first please. Instead of demanding a refund can you clarify if you gave a different provider your pac code or not please

Hi @Bulldogs13

As @ee_user14  has asked, did you use your PAC by giving it to your new provider?
If you don't give the PAC to your new provider, the line will remain active and charged, as explained at the time of requesting your PAC. You'll either have to request a new PAC to use, or give a standard disconnection request.

If you have used your PAC and the number is now with a different network yet you are still being billed, it means you had another line on your account. I'd recommend checking your bill online to see details about it.
You can visit our helpful View your monthly EE Mobile or EE Broadband bill page for the steps.

To give a standard disconnection request visit Cancelling your EE Mobile contract.
