NHS Perks, unable to generate code

I can log into my Perks account and have validated again (haven’t used it for several years). When I try and generate a code I get an error message. Please can someone help?

Resolved! Price increase charged twice this month

My bill this month comes to £14.57 (no extra charges ), before the annual price increase it was £9.59. Next month estimated £12.08.why am I paying £2.49 extra this month?
