Notification of texts and voicemail on Windows PC?

Is there anything that can be installed on my Windows PC which is tied to my EE account and which will notify me whenever my mobile phone has received a text or a voicemail?

I am in an area with a poor mobile phone signal which means I can sometimes miss important messages on my phone. I also don't tend to carry it with me or even check it that often as I rarely use it to make calls.

You should look at using WiFi Calling which is supported on EE. You will just need a mobile phone that can support WiFi Calling and then enable these features on your mobile. Where there is no mobile signal your phone calls and text messages will get to your mobile phone over your WiFi.
