what the bloody hell is going on with sky channels on ee tv box?

Hello,

I haven't checked the sky sports channels in a while but all of them are juddering like crazy..i tried the enabling / disabling the match tv hz setting and also the box is up to date. this is one of the add-on boxes not the tv pro but wth is going on?

If it were a subscription issue, it wouldn't even let you watch the channel at all. It would show a message asking you to upgrade.

That does it! I'm heading back to virgin media where they know how to run a telecoms organisation

Did you try any of my suggestions to identify whether something on your network is limiting the bandwidth to your TV box?
