waiting for refund

Hi 

EE have taken a payment out of my account by error of £260, however I have telephoned today and they have agreed to pay this back back but the email quoting the refund states the amount of £235??

Why is this? Ive telephoned them everyday now over the past 2 weeks over various errors and cannot waste any more time doing this.

The charge to your account was £260, however the mistake was just the £235.41 early termination fee - it's this bit that is being refunded.  The rest of the charges for this month still apply.
