Missing channels

Hi just moved from my BT box to a new EE box . Have some issues with missing channels, on the old box u tube appears in your listing on the new ones channels 19 and 20 are missing. Looked to see if hidden and they are not also looked on Line tried re tuning still the same. My other issue is my tv comes with its own tv listing, before I could jump from box to tv ,I cannot see anywhere on the home menu where I can’t switch ( ideal if you have 3 programmes overlapping ). Has anyone any suggestions as my old box was much better than the one i have at present.

EE TV channels and listings can be found HERE, along with Aerial Mode and Internet Mode. 

If you are experiencing issues with recordings I would recommend giving us a call so our technical care team can look into this further for you.

What channels were you expecting to find on 19 and 20 as I can have a look to see if they are on a different number?

Are you connecting via an aerial or internet mode?

Hi Lesley

I was looking for channels 19 & 20 U - Drama  so we can record them on the guide. I have the aerial plugged into the back of the EE box and connected via internet mode. Also I recorded a series on Tuesday and went to watch the it tonight and I cannot find it, as tonight’s one is recording any help ?.

Hi Katie , contacted your technical support and spoke to a very helpful Clease. After several restarts and his help all is now working.
