i have recently got ee tv and broadband put in on 16th july it all was working perfectly till a few days ago and got sent a new router and i can not watch tv on the ee mini box or the apple tv 4k and the apple tv 4k is coming up as we cannot find your account with a code of AAU910 and my landline is not working aswell i can watch tv through the hybrid connect on the apple tv 4k and thats it and i am paying for 2 multiroom boxes and what can i do
