Thanks for coming to the community.
Are you trying to pair the EE Pro Box to your phone to be able to use the EE TV app?
Can you try to restart the TV box by switching it off at the mains, and also delete the app and restart your phone to see if that lets you connect it?

I installed the app first. The phone recognises the box via AirPlay. Not tried disconnecting box yet. not currently at home.
