@havi just sign into your NOW TV account. You obviously have an account if you can watch it on your TV

Start by going into your Now account on an EETV Device, navigate to Settings, and check the account name (email address) shown there.
Is it what you expect it to be, and an email address that you own? EETV have to enter it manually, and sometimes they make mistakes, so check it carefully for small typos as well as larger mistakes.
If it’s wrong, you will need to get on to EETV and get it corrected before you can watch Now on non-EETV devices,
But if or when it is OK, start logging on to Now on a non-EETV device with that email address. And when it asks for a password, as this is all new, use the Forgotten Password option there, which will email you a link to a place in Now where you can set a new password.
Once you have done this, you are now equipped to log on to Now on any non-EETV device you may have with that email and password.
Note, by the way, that when swapping devices with Now it is important to stop the stream you are watching, rather than just switching out of Now or switching the device off.
If you do either of those two things, it may be 20 minutes before Now notices you have gone, and allows you a new stream. But if you stop the stream, Now knows immediately that you have gone, and you can start up Now on another device straight away.

Did it want your credit or debit card details? If so, you have Now duplicated inside and outside EETV, and you will be billed twice 😢

Haven't used Now TV in ages so not sure what it all looks like now, but if the OP goes into the billing details of their Now account should it still show Billed through BT/EE or anything of the sort in there if it is set up correctly?

Yes this is what I meant apologies, wasn't even aware you could get into the billing details on the EETV Devices.

Yes, just go into Settings in the Now app, and it will say which memberships you have, and who they are paid for through.
Just that though, no prices or renewal dates, etc.
