how do I delete recordings on EE TV

Hi, I'm new to EE tv and cannot work out how to delete recordings. I am not particularly tech savvy.

Any help gratefully received.

The simplest way is to find the recording in the list, and then press the record button - it'll ask if you want to delete it or set/cancel a series.

Alternatively, you can select the recording to bring up the details, then press the down button to highlight the word "Delete" and then press OK.
