Is just me but every time I turn on my pro box I get code Yvm102 or 105

If you reboot the TV Box does the error code show again? Have you reported this to our broadband tech guides?

when rebooting box code dis sappers but what I have found that after watching chancel 5 it reappear and i have to then reboot once again. have reported this issue a few times now and keep getting different things to try but still getting it. EE have recently sent me a pair of powerline links as my hub is upstairs and smart TV downstairs these new ones I cannot get to configure with my hub so at the moment have averted back to my old BT Mini Connectors to see if the sorts the problem out.

I have 700Mb and still get the code as I have said just changed back to my old BT MinI connectors to see if this solves the problem, what i don't get is EE know about this problem but still can't find a fix didn't have this problem with BT and I pay over £90 a month for this service

Yes I have twice in the last couple of days, gave me different things to try, tried them still no change as yet waiting until tomorrow to see if my old mini connectors have solved my issue

Hi
Have spoken to guide at EE, was very helpful about getting code yvm102, he checked my system and found that the power from Ethernet cable from hub to powerlink wasn't strong enough, after hooking my extender to my TV box it appeared to work better but slow in start up. Has ordered me another extender to put nearer the hub hence making the signal to the TV box strong. Will pop back when I've set it up with results
