charges from NOW TV

Has anyone had a problem being charged directly by NowTV when they are paying for the package via EE? I have had this problem ongoing since March and have now contacted the bank to block payments from Now because when I log in to my account there it says EE manage my subscription and that my charges are £0. Paying £21+£6 each month is looking suspicious...

@Jacq219  That’s because you setup a subscription directly with now tv.  Now TV can not  charge you unless they have your payment information and for that you need to enter it on their website when you setup an account directly with them for the service.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Your right. But I believe problem is as mine is that ee have given me 12 months now tv free or people are paying through ee TV after having now tv. Yet now tv are still trying to take old subscription when EE say they will tc of it?

When you sign up to Now TV with EE, the account needs to use the same email address as your existing Now TV account - EE TV will take over billing of that account going forward, meaning a zero charge if it's part of your package.

If a different email address is used then the old account will continue to exist and Now TV will continue to charge you for it.

@Jacq219 if you're not sure what other email address was used prior to EE then you'll need to contact Now TV and ask them.
