Remote control - how to stop watching a programme

I have got the new EE pro box and the remote control doesn’t have a stop button. If you are watching a recorded programme and need to turn it off half way through, how do you stop it? How do you return to the last place? at the end of a recorded programme how do you press stop and return back to all recorded programmes?

Press the Back button

@Littleevo25 As @DarrenDev said you can press the back button. You can also use the pause button to stop and go back to it later. Once you’ve viewed a recorded program press the back button to go back to the list of all recorded programs. To delete the recording you’ve just watched, highlight it and press the info button. You will then be given an option to delete it.
