Youview TV Box losing power/lights overnight

We have a replacement 4k youview TV box as the previous one was freezing/unresponsive (about 6 years old). 

The new one, regardless of power save options turns itself off overnight (no lights on the front) and won't wake up out of standby mode, the only way to wake the box up is to toggle the switch at the back of the box, sometimes it has to be toggled a couple of times. From what I can gather that isn't doing the hard drive any good. It is plugged direct into the wall, software up to date. Any help is much appreciated.

Just to check these are the settings on this support page - Box keeps going into standby - YouView Support you have changed to see if this helps? 

Did you purchase the replacement YouView Box?

Hi, 

The box was replaced free by BT, that was very hassle free and fast (under contract).  Credit to the member of staff here, very helpful. 

If the box is going into standby mode then previously there was a red light on and the remote would wake it, it appears to be  losing all power as all lights go off and won't wake from the remote, I have to toggle the power switch behind the box to turn it on.

Yes, I gave that a try and it didn't work unfortunately.

Well, the box gave up completely, I am getting a new one now.
