Question about Smart Hub

We have very recently installed our Smart Hub Plus. The main phone line is in the kitchen and that where the Smart Hub is. Our BT TV box in the sitting room is no longer connected via Ethernet. We can’t connect it physically. What am I missing here please?

What issue are you having? What you've described sounds normal.

The Ethernet cable from the BT TV box is not plugged into anything now. 
Oh, the Tv is working though but no apps.

Also, how was it set up before? You've just seen up your Smart Hub Plus - what did you have before that?

Hi. We have BT youview. I think our TV before was TV recordable. 

There are many different BT YouView boxes that all have different options. Click the link I posted to see exactly which box you have.

Well, we no longer have the likes of BBC iPlayer, Netflix etc available.

For example bbc iPlayer and Netflix no longer available on our tv
