All supposed to be up and running on 9th feb, what a joke . Not received man tv box. Customer services jus put you on hold and fob you off

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you haven't received your EE TV box. The quickest way to get this sorted is by giving EE a call on 0330 123 1105. The Guides will be able to take a look at your order and chase the delivery of your EE TV box.
