Why can’t I see Channel 465 in the EETV app, Live/Schedule, on my iPad?

It jumps from 463 to 466.

Just asking….

I can see 465 in the schedule on my ipad @Midnight_Voice . I did have to log in again as I rarely use the app on my ipad, is it worth trying to log out and back in again?

Thanks - I tried that heart-stopping thing, remembered my password, and got back in - no change 😢

I am logging in as BT rather than EE, but that ought not to make any difference,

I logged in using my EE ID but as you say that shouldn't make any difference. It's also in the schedule on my Android tablet, it's a bit odd that it's not appearing for you.

Yes.

And 6.1.6 on my Samsung Galaxy phone, the latest version there, with the same issue.

@Midnight_Voice ⁶ with Darren departed and the tv apps email withdrawn  the routes for getting  your issue to the right people for resolution have  changed from fairly  direct to no obvious  route. Unless the forum mods alert the EETV team , the most obvious  and least time consuming route  for you would be to leave a app review for EETV in play store/ios store, along lines of "No longer able to set remote recordings for TNT Sports HDR  465 channel as channel missing in app although exists on TV Box ".

I presume you have gone through  process of deleting  app and reinstalling , repairing etc. Given  that you have issue on ios and Android  app I doubt that will resolve.

Of course you could ring customer service whilst watching  an entire series of HOTH
