Now TV on EE Mini Box

I have just  joined EE from Sky on Big Sport package. Main box in house is working really well and my mini box is in garden room connected by ethernet cable. This is also working well apart from one major problem, which is that Now TV app won't load. All other apps load fine. I have tried and tried to load NOW with no joy. Can anyone help please.

Factory Reset the Box Mini, and try again.

If still no go, take it into the house and swap it for the Box Pro - which presumably loads Now OK?

If it still won’t load Now, call EETV for advice.  If they are similarly baffled,  get it swapped out.

If it loads OK in the house, try the Box Pro in the Box Mini location. If Now now won’t load on that box, swap the Ethernet cable and try again.
