Unlink Netflix Account

Hi,

I have an account with EE TV and the current netflix account that is linked for billing through TV is set to my now ex partners email address and netflix account.

How do I go about unlinking it and setting up my own account to link to TV billing with EE?

I spoke to customer support yesterday evening and they told me I need to speak to Netflix?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
