I signed up for EE broadband with TV package add on, however I decided I did not want the TV add on and cancelled within the cooling off period. The update went through but the TV apps have remained linked. How can I unlink them?

The cancellation order is still pending processing, however I've disconnected your Now TV and Netflix manually.
