Unlink EE with Netflix and Now

I signed up for EE broadband with TV package add on, however I decided I did not want the TV add on and cancelled within the cooling off period. The update went through but the TV apps have remained linked. How can I unlink them?

@RoyCtina  You need to speak with customer support about this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
