Unable to watch Discovery+ with Full Works package

Hello,

We currently have the EE Full Works TV package which includes Discovery+, yet whilst trying to watch a tennis match at the Olympics yesterday that was only being shown on Discovery+, we couldn't access it and I spent the best part of 2 hours trying, including calling EE but repeatedly getting cut off after being on hold for a few minutes. Frustrating!

We have managed to get the Discovery+ app installed on our LG telly, but each time we try and watch something we are just shown the 2 payment options to choose. We registered to view the free content, but that's not what we're after.

According to EE all Discovery+ content is included in the Full Works package, is anyone able to help please? Not sure what I'm doing wrong...

I Have EE TV with TNT sports and Discovery + but unable to watch anything on Discovery+ says i have no active pass / subscription, i can watch all 9 Eurosport channels.

@PW1966 your discovery+ account was activated on May 8th, but I'm unable to see what email address was used - most issues come from it being activated from a different email address.

The simplest solution is to just activate it again with the email address you expect - if you'd like to do this, please email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk and I'll reset your activation and provide instructions on how to activate it again.

I am/have been struggling with this same issue for 6 months. Wasn’t so bad over summer as football isn’t;t on and i have a life to live. But really needing it sorted now.

@Asb01 your account is ready and waiting to activate, however you need to use a browser other than Safari

We too have the same problem. Have Full Works package and able to watch TNT sports, but unable to activate Discovery Plus. The app is there on our LG TV, but the discoveryplus.com link does not pick up our EE account number, just offers options for an additional subscription. Very annoying that no helpful guidance on EE TV page.

Welcome to the EE Community

Have you already created a Discovery+ account through your mobile phone? 

You may need to go to ee.co.uk/TNTSports (requires you to login to your EE account).

Then click activate, and you'll be taken to discovery+ to complete your registration.
