Unable to view tv channels, error code BTP-15001

We are trying to view tv this evening using our EE box and just getting this error code for all channels BTP-15001, IPC6007 and asks us to press OK and try again, nothing then happens.
Is anyone able to help as the phone number showing to call is not a valid number

It doesn’t think you have a subscription. What channels are you trying to watch, and can you confirm you have a subscription to them?

A very strange looking account there @Wapples - your case notes suggest that an order has been raised to switch your service to another supplier. As a result, your service with BT has been cancelled - this is what's causing BTP-15001 to appear (as you no longer have an EE TV subscription).
