When I log into my NOW tv account - it is not showing any link / active member ship. How can I find what email address and how it is linked to my EE package?

You don't link it yourself - it's linked by the agent when you order. If it's not showing in the app, then they've entered your email address incorrectly.
You can either call the helpdesk, or email [email protected] with your account number and the email address you wish to use.
