Just had fibre broadband fitted from EE with TV Box pro (new subscription) having come from Sky (with Netflix).
TV works fine, all channel operate apart from Netflix that tries to load then says no internet connection. Netflix working fine on IPAD but won't allow log in through Pro Box. Tried full power off, router power off and on, no joy.
Stumped! Any help gratefully received!

Hi @Alan216
Welcome to the community.
What happens when you try to log in? Are you getting any error messages?

I have the same problem. Amazon Prime loads fine, but Netflix continues to say no Internet connection.

Follow up to last message; if I use the Netflix button on the TV remote it loads perfectly. So there must be an issue with the EE box and Netflix, because as I said Prime video works fine.

Hey there @AndrewRye, thanks for taking the time to explain what's been happening here.
How is it your EE TV Box is connected, is this via ethernet or WiFi?
Also when you mention this being okay when using the button on the remote, is this when launching it separately via your Smart TV?

My ee box would not set up using my ethernet connection (via a D-link box which seemed to work with my old BT box) so I restarted the setup using the WiFi option. I can get all services including Prime video and ee tv using the ee box control, but Netflix keeps telling me there's no Internet connection. Using my smart tv box (Sony- the remote has dedicated buttons for Google Play and Netflix) I can access both.

Do you have any custom configuration on your network? E.g. custom DHCP, DNS? A pi-hole maybe? Or do you have parental controls enabled on your broadband account?
