Unable to download purchased films on EETV app

Help!!!!

I am trying to download films I have previously purchased on EETV, on to my tablet, but I am getting the error message: 

Sorry - there's a problem

The number of times you can download this is restricted, please go to ee.co.uk/help/tv-sport for more information

FA-DL26

However, I have not got any of these films downloaded on any of the (4) registered devices.

I have searched for the error code on the EE website and nothing comes up.

Thanks for coming to our community.

It's not an error I'm familiar with either. I'd recommend speaking to our technical team who can look into this further so that they can check your account and get some steps to try and resolve this.

If you've previously downloaded the film on a device but then uninstalled the app from that device without deleting the download, the download will be locked from download again, and will require manual reset from us.

I can see that you've already emailed me - I'll reply there too, to get more details.
