Unable to access NOW and HBO max

Forgive me but this is now (no pun intended) beginning to be a joke. 2 months ago I registered to sign up to NOW and HBO max and I am still waiting to receive any service. I keep getting text messages from the “level 2 tech team” but still no service. I cannot reply to the texts stating “sorry for the frustration but we are working on it “ without KNOWING what the issue is. When I contact I have to go through the issue with various “guides” without any real progress. All I want to do is view the content as advertised. Surely it should not take over 2 months to sort whatever the issue is.

I can see multiple attempts to try to fix this @JamesE1M but the data on your account is an inconsistent state, which is preventing it from completing.

Can I ask you to please email me at eetvsupport@ee.co.uk so that I can fix this manually for you, whilst they get the account sorted - there's no reason why you shouldn't at least make use of the service, whilst they fix the account.
