Hi all, I had ee installed today with basic TV and internet but I can't get my TV box to do anything it keeps saying there is a problem with my broadband even though it's all set up. Did anyone else have this?

What was your agreed TV activation date? The service won't work until then. Also, are you using the EE router provided?

I have had a message to say that my services are active, yes I am using their router

Sorry for the delay, I'm just back from holiday.  It looks like your TV account was updated yesterday morning - is it working OK for you now?
