Unavailable apps

Our Home Screen is not displaying apps & is saying they’re unavailable. 

Tried rebooting the box & the hub but nothing has helped. 

any suggestions please .?

Which EE tV box do you have?

Which display of apps are you referring to?  Those that can appear near the top under the synopsis? Or those further down on the Apps row?

If you go into the Apps screen are they also missing from there?

On the home screen is anything else missing?
