Tv screen gone green

Tv gone green. Hi all, I’ve been with ee tv for about a month and all good. Turned on the box tonight and the tv is green, I can hear the  program. I have tried different hdmi ports and different hdmi leads but no joy.

can anyone help at all please?

Hi @Mongo77 

Try turning the unit off at the mains for 20 seconds. 

It may also be wise to rescan the channels.
