I was trying to reset my box as it wasn’t recording right. I started the factory reset, but now it is stuck on “start setup”. I have tried everything, turned everything off, including the router, unplugged the aerial, but it just seems jammed. So now I can’t watch anything!

When you reset the TV Box, you also need to reset the Bluetooth remote - it's currently not sending any commands to your TV Box.  Hold the Home and 9 keys together until the light around the EE button flashes, then press OK - you should find it'll continue with setup.

Any time that has happened to me it has led to me needing a new replacement box. They're not only very slow in operation at the best of times but are very unreliable for long term use.
