TV guide issue on the EE TV app on mobile and Apple TV devices

There has been an issue this morning where the TV guide on the EE TV app has been showing errors. This was fixed pretty swiftly, but if you are still seeing errors, you'll need to exit and restart the app on your device.  Thanks, Nick

BritBox has moved to ITVX

BritBox is no longer available through EE TV as a monthly rolling add-on. It is now available to watch on ITVX with an ITVX Premium subscription.

The tv signal is frequently pixilated. Box rebooted with no change. Speaking to people in the local area and they are experiencing the same problem.

I on the Alexa app that there is a EE Tv skill but when I go to lunch it it asks me to go on to the settings on my tv box but the place on the tv box is not there so now do I get the EE Tv alexa skill work with my EE Tv box?

EE TV BOX PRO my tv screen continues to flash on and off

I have done multiple resets, including light and factory. The TV is fine with live TV via an arial but not via the TV Box via HDMI. Anyone know of a super dooper reset method that will tell me the box is duff, not me.
