Why does it why is it so hard ?

Why is it so hard and takes so long to add something to a package or we move? It had nothing but problems since trying to move my TV package to a low one first of all I was given the wrong package so they tried to correct it and said I can only go back to the top package Because now entertainment, is  only available on the full works then I find out no I can have you on any package from the TV so I’ll ring up and say no I Want big sports And NOW TV entertainment package And then get told, oh it’s gonna take a couple of days for somebody to get back to you when we can fix it what’s EE system using chalk  and slight board

Unfortunately the ordering system is still being worked on - it has bugs.  For most accounts it works perfectly every time, but some accounts just have one issue after another and constantly need manual intervention.

I can only apologise for the inconvenience, and say they're doing their best to get the system working properly.

Well, if this is doing your best, I’d like to see what the worst is very very shadow When problems like this happen, customer should be allowed to walk away free of charge from any from the whole contract here we go again looking after shareholders and not the customers
