Trying to add at tech deal "You’re not eligible at the moment." error message !

I am in my third 12 month SIMO contract with EE, same number etc.  Negotiated a new deal in March.

I am trying to buy a tech bundle, a TV +TNT, the option to add to my bill sasy "You’re not eligible at the moment."

I tried just the TV and other tech, and get the same message.

Tried in App and via webpages, same result.

I really want this tech deal.

Any idea why it says this, when in my third year as a SIMO customer?

TIA - Andrew

@BunnsterYork  “ My external credit rating is maximum, including affordability”.  Through who ?   There’s more than one and EE have their own internal system that gives you a limit.    You might of been a sim only customer for 3 years but if that sim only is only say £15 per month it’s mean you can afford £15 per month it doesn’t mean EE have to accept your request for more credit.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Could be any number of reasons including your internal credit rating or add to plan available spend.

I would advise contacting EE Customer Services who will be able to check your account add to plan eligibility or see if they can proceed with an order for you on the phone.

Hi Matt,

Thanks. I tried calling EE CS, but just kept ending up at dead ends through
all the options.

I shall try again. My external credit rating is maximum, including
affordability.

Very odd.

Thanks 👍

Thanks. I only have paid £10 per month. That explains it. Thank you.
