The new Broadband test is terrible

My TV broadband is frozen and the EE helptest says it is working - I am a box subscriber too. As a longstanding customer I have never felt more dissatisfied with their service.

I’m really sorry to hear your service has frozen. As the checks are showing the connection as fine, I’d recommend getting in touch with our customer support team. They’ll be able to take a closer look at what’s happening and get this checked further for you.
