The Internet, doesn’t work on My skyglass tv

I switched from sky broadband to Ee  broadband. I have sky glass TV. I’ve connected it all up works fine off my phone my Tablet the Internet seems not to be working from the box thur wifi connections onto my TV. It says it’s connected but hub but  no Internet connection??

I have exactly the same issue, thought it was sky Tv as everything else connected. After buying a newer sky TV - still the same issue. It all started when I upgraded my speeds with EE. I think it’s looking like cancel EE asap. They knew my needs and have quite possibly sold me a speed upgrade which has known to have compatibility issues with Sky Glass. 

This has meant I’ve had no TV for nearly 4 weeks. Time to cancel and get a refund.

Internet is internet for "over the top" TV services like Sky Glass.  Who you're with shouldn't matter.

(this is different to EE TV, which is delivered over a different part of the internet that is only available on BT/EE connections).

My first thought would be parental controls - have you checked if they're turned on?  It's possible that they're blocking access to something that Sky Glass needs. https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/ee-parental-controls 

Alternatively, try contacting Sky to ask them to help diagnose why your TV is unable to connect.
