Spent at least 3 hours over the last two weeks trying to get EE tv with one contract cancellexd due to sales person deciding what I wanted and not ordering what I really wanted.
After two more long phonecalls still no farther on with my order and thinking is it worth the hassle?

Thanks for that. I'm reluctant to ring again as that'll be another hour of my life I'll lose.
Expecting a phone call at 8am Monday, if it doesn't come or they don't sort it I'm done.
Had my phone with them too long to remember and no problems and broadband with BT but this is another level.
