Ever since moving across to EE from BT I’ve had nothing but issues with this tv box and WiFi. Now tv is trying to load but jumps straight back to the tv Home Screen, I’ve tried multiple different ways to get my screen loaded to watch programs I pay for through my tv package. I’ve reset my router, made sure I’m running on the latest updates on both apps and system. I can log in from my laptop to Now and no problem at all. On the rare occasion I get into my program through my box, it allows me to watch for a while before jumping back to the home page. Also the WiFi connection randomly goes off at night for minutes at a time.
