I have finally got my two tv mini boxes that should have arrived with my original order almost two weeks ago after more than a reasonable amount of phone calls…
I have tried to set one up in the dining room. The router is only in the next room but it won’t pick up the WiFi?! I’ve previously had a Fire Stick in that room that picked the WiFi up without my issue. Are these TV Mini boxes useless?

Yes - the BT/EE engineer was brilliant - he spent about 2 hours on the phone working with me to resolve the issue.
Then the problems started all over again (and again and again).
I spent another 2hrs last night trying to get connection between the minibox and the Wifi router - eventually had to do a factory reset which fixed the issue for now. But now all the Apps (iPlayer, ITV-X,etc) need logged into again.

Mine continuously disconnects
I’ve lost count of the resets (hard resets ) I’ve done the box is so rubbish and causes stress wish I had stayed with sky
