TV Box pro - clicking sounds

Hi, I have the TV Box Pro.  It is making annoying clicking sounds even when in standby.  I googled and it may be something to do with the harddrive? One suggestion was to go into settings and change the way the box wakes up. I've done that but it still happens though not as frequently. Any ideas? Thanks for reading.

Hi Lesley, I got it back in November. It's been happening for a couple of months . The frequency of the clicks has increased so much  now  that it grates on my nerves. If the TV is off the clicks are very annoying.

It sounds like you've tried everything we'd suggest, so I'd recommend speaking to our technical team who can look into this further.
