EE apple tv box Lip Sync issues

ive had this set up for a few weeks now , replacing Sky Stream, i really like the apple tv box and menu etc but watching anything has become a real problem due to lip sync issues , ive tried to rectify it by changing different settings like advised inc: change of hdmi cables, full reset (both tv and apple box) , adjusted frame rates , turned off frame match , adjusted lip sync delay on tv settings (no change) . 

before i contact EE and arrange to return it i was wondering if anyone else experienced similar issues and is there a fix ?

It does sound like you've tried everything you can and we would need to get the Apple TV lip sync issues looked into. If you get in touch with our EE TV Tech guides, they will see what is needed to get this sorted 🙂
