A couple of months ago I had a TV Box Pro installed. However over the past few weeks recorded programs have been ending before the actual program ends? Very annoying! Any suggestions please.

It varies but usually at least 5 minutes.

Programmes that run on beyond the finish time shown in the EPG often do this.

But there are a lot more reports of it than there ever used to be; are you by any chance running in IP Mode rather than Aerial Mode?

No I'm in aerial mode.

OK then, it’s not the reported problem that EETV isn’t getting the Present/Following Indicators from the broadcasters for IP Mode.

Accordingly, can you keep a log of precisely which programmes this happens to, by how much, and report these to the EETV staff on here not more than six days after the broadcasts?
