TNT sports & Now entertainment

I have successfully changed my sports package streaming from discovery to Hbo max, but in my EE app it now says I have Now entertainment included as an extra. Does this mean I can now watch Now entertainment for free, even though I didn't ask for it to be added to my TNT sports only package?

You don't have a Now TV account with us @YorkshirePuddin so we wouldn't have any way to bill you for it.  You don't even appear to have a login for Now TV either, so I'm not sure how you'd watch it?

Or were you referring to Entertainment in HBO Max?  If in doubt, log into hbomax.com to see your subscriptions page, which will show what you have and how it's being billed.

Still no clearer.

My EE app says I have Now tv entertainment included as an extra, which I haven't yet activated and didn't ask for, but would use if it's a free extra.

I am only supposed to be getting TNT sports and sports on HBO max.

Still don't know why EE have added Now tv entertainment as one of my extras shown in the app, but I would like to activate it, if no extra cost.

Does it say it's included as an extra, or that you can add it? Try it - I suspect it's going to tell you the charge when you select it. Now TV Entertainment is never offered as a free extra - it's either included in the plan, or it's available as a paid extra.

Thanks for replying.

In the EE app, under manage TV and Sport.

It says Now tv entertainment included in plan and auto renew is on. When you click Manage, the only option is to remove the auto renew. There is no option to activate Now tv in the Extras section.

Thank you.
