I was recently migrated over from BT to EE for broadband and TV, and my migrated package included 'Big Sport' (nowTV sports channels + BT/tnt sports) as well as the HD upgrade.
However, my sports HD channels on the provided ee TV box simply do not work. There is a message on the screen which says 'lets get you some more content... ' and an error code: BTP-11195c.
The HD channels worked perfectly when I was on BT...
The real kicker is the fact that ee have been billing me for the HD upgrade for 3 months now... How do I get this sorted without spending hours on hold with the call centre? Thanks in advance...

Can you please describe the device you are using, the data journey you are taking, and what EETV plan you have?

When I log on to my account and go to Manage TV & Sport it has a red 'Unavailable' next to the cost and a red 'Your information is temporarily unavailable' beneath. And has done for the last few weeks. And it says that to change or manage my subscription I need to call. Similar in the app, if I try to add it it say 'HD and 4K: Please call us to get this add-on'.
It's not impossible that the limitations on how frequently you change your package might be at play. If so, that should change in a few days. But I always assumed that an add-on such as HD would be treated differently.
Interestingly, the email confirming the switch from Full Works to Big Sport says:

Not sure what that says about what my line was capable of supporting, but it suggests I had the 4K? (N.b. While it says 19.4Mbps is the guaranteed speed, it says the "normal available download speed ranges between 22-25 Mbps").
The last time I called to try to add it the guy said yep, sure. Said he'd added it, quick call, no mention of any issues. I was surprised/confused. I think he was just trying to end the call as it was Black Friday. But then the next day when I looked on the TV there was still no change.
In none of my five calls so far has anyone mentioned the 30 day limitation on making changes. But I'm hoping you're right on that, as that would be the simplest outcome.

I can’t add anything. Wish I never swapped from Bt. Nothing works the customer service people have no clue. I have order which is supposed to be active but nothing. I can’t watch tnt sports in hd. The whole thing is a joke. I’ll be going to the ombudsman.

My problem is opposite now sky sports hd but no hd for tnt sports. I have the big sport package. In my order emsil it says it should be active 1159pm on 17 December. Still doesn’t work. It’s shocking m paying for hd and not receiving it. Can’t you resolve anything when people phone. I have no faith u will fix this.

Hello. I have the same issue. My TNTs Sports HD channels are not working suddenly. Everything else is fine. Has my HD service been accidentally disabled. I pay for big sport and HD as well as a second box
