Sound keeps dropping out. Have tried rebooting tv box and WiFi router

Have you noticed the sound is dropping out on any particular channel or app?
Which TV box are you using?

Does the sound come back by itself after a short time or do you have to do anything to get it going again?
Are you using the standard TV speakers or something external like a sound bar?

Have you tried to do a light or a full reset of the TV Pro box, rather than just rebooting it? @Rob_A1
