Sound keeps dropping out. Have tried rebooting tv box and WiFi router

Have you noticed the sound is dropping out on any particular channel or app?

Which TV box are you using?

Sound drops out on every channel and my box is a tv pro

Does the sound come back by itself after a short time or do you have to do anything to get it going again?

Are you using the standard TV speakers or something external like a sound bar?

It just keeps coming and going without me doing anything

Standard tv speaker which works fine when watching via Freeview

Have you tried to do a light or a full reset of the TV Pro box, rather than just rebooting it? @Rob_A1

Have tried both but problem hasn't resolved.

If this is still happening, we would need to run further troubleshooting to see what could be causing the sound to drop out. To do this, please get in touch with our technical support team to get the TV box looked into.
