Sound keeps dropping out

Sound keeps dropping out. Have tried rebooting tv box and WiFi router

Hi, we joined ee WiFi and now our lg sound bar is dropping in and out. One minute it’s fine then goes tinny .

Did you also take out an EETV box and that is what you are having the sound drop out issue with? If you test the TV box just using the TV speakers do you still experience the sound dropping out? 

It is worth giving all devices involved a restart if you have not already as well to see if that clears the sound issue.

We have the same issue with  the Paramount  and  Disney app with a LG soundbar when watching anything with Dolby Atmos soundtrack on it .was OK until we got a new router from EE the old BT one was OK

Just to be clear here @Julian1969 - you're not an EE TV subscriber, and this issue is with the LG soundbar when connected to your EE router.

You'd be better asking in the Home Services -> Broadband group, as this fault isn't related to EE TV.

I suspect the issue will just be with wifi signal though.
