SkySports+ access streams

Last night I wanted to watch a stream on SkySports+ specifically the Rugby League game between Castleford and Warrington. On the EETV  (BT) box I could access SkySports + and able to watch Leeds v Catalan however I could not locate the red button to access the Castleford Stream.

I switched to the built in app on my TV and again the same problem I could not locate the red button anywhere, nothing happened when I pressed the red button on my remote, is the a solution? I did go to SkySports+ channel at the bottom of the screen on the app and whilst there were plenty of streams available the live game at Castleford was not on there? 

Any help please

Confusingly, perhaps, the ‘Red Button’ feature is only available on Sky itself, and so on Now they are called Bonus Streams.

You should find them by scrolling down near the bottom of the main Sports display.

Hi Dean, I can't find this additional/bonus stream on either the EE TV box or the NOW app on the phone?

@mjken @If you are looking for Rugby league additional streams now , they are accessible within the Now app if you select sport , navigate to Competitions and select super league
